RIT Finishes First

Rochester Institute of Technology(10-1-0) finishes the regular season in the NECHL with a victory over SUNY Oswego to clinch first place and the #1 seed for the play-offs that begin on Friday February 24th.

RIT was led by Forward Nick Gravel (NECHL leader in Points) with 3 game winning goals, Defenseman Alec Vent (NECHL leader in Assists) and three forwards tied for most goals in the NECHL - Dryden Hawn, Schuyler Dillon  & again Nick Gravel. The Ice Tigers were backstopped by Goalie Josh Ruffner who in 5 games sparkled with a 2.20 GAA and a save % of .936.
